I have a furnished bedroom (the current pictures are before moving in) with a brand new queen bed in a fabulous home in Westlake Village + full bath, wi-fi, utilities, kitchen privileges. Walk to Starbucks, Vons, CVS, shops & restaurants. Walk to The Stonehaus & movie theater. Probably would go for $1200/mo.

It would be FREE to someone in exchange for “senior sitting”. My mom is 92. She still gets around, but slower these days. She’s witty, well-dressed and has a great sense of humor. She has a caregiver during the day who takes care of breakfast and lunch. The caregiver also takes care of the cleaning, laundry, shopping and visits to doctors.

I need someone to be there in the evening, after the caregiver leaves, prepare dinner for her, clean up the dishes, and make sure she gets to bed OK. And other light requests. That’s probably a couple of hours of activity spread out over 4 hours. And once she’s asleep, staying at home overnight, to be there just in case.

Perfect for a student who needs study time. Or someone with a day job who wants a little quiet at night. Please know we couldn’t allow guests to come over; or pets.
