$845 - Bedroom + Office in Shared House Two adjacent rooms (one is a bit small for a bedroom, and makes a perfect office) in a great 3 bedroom home, about 1 mile away from downtown silver spring, and just around the corner from Sligo Creek Trail. There is always easy street parking, and multiple local bus stops. The two rooms are connected by a hallway that is separated from the other upstairs bedroom. You would share a bathroom with one other person, who is clean and nice (and is writing this, hi!). House has shared kitchen and living room space, as well as side porch and private backyard. Your room isn’t furnished, but the rest of the house is comfortably set up.

About us: We are 2 professional, liberal women in our late 20’s/early 30’s working as a vet tech and an interpreter. One has a friendly, older dog (10 year old shitzu/poodle mix, WallE) and the other has two orange cats (Calvin and Hobbes). In our free time we like to go for runs/walks, watch movies, cook, or read. We are laid back but also like to live in a nice home. LGBTQ+ friendly.

About you: We are looking for another professional, non-smoker, pet-friendly person who would vibe well in the house. We’d be happy to welcome an additional small dog who gets along with cats and other dogs.
