Im renting a beautiful room, in a 4 Bedroom house… We are a family of 3 living here, we spend most of day working, internet wireless included .. we will have to share a full bathroom between 2 people but we are very clean,… we also have community pool and jacuzzi. The neighborhood is very quiet, all bills are included on the rent. Im asking for $ 500.00 monthly, and $ 200.00 deposit. (6 Months lease minimum) . Only renting to Male. Estoy rentando un cuarto, en una casa de 4 recamaras… somos una familia de 3, pero pasamos la mayoria del dia trabajando, internet wireless incluido, solo tendremos que compartir el bano entre 2 personas, pero somos muy limpios, ademas tenemos alberca y jacuzzi comunitario. El becindario es muy tranquilo, todos los billes estan incluidos en la renta, $ 500.00 mensual y $200.00 deposit. ( 6 meses como minimo).
