Room can come furnished with a full sized bed and a side table. Dresser is included in the closet as well. Central A/C and heating in the condo for when it gets too hot/cold.

No smoking allowed in the unit, and no overnight guests. Minimum 6 month contract is required for the lease. $900 deposit, making the first payment $2000 including first month’s rent.
