$700 plus utilities.It’s a two story townhouse right outside of downtown Leesburg! A medium size bedroom with private bathroom. There is brand new carpet in the townhouse as well. Access to the full townhouse including washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, and a covered back porch with a couch and fire pit. Utilities are not included

I’m a 25 year old barber I work 12 hours a day and in my free time I like to play video games, line dance, or sit on the porch and listen to music. I have a very friendly dog who doesn’t bark and like to have small groups of people over occasionally.
