The home is within a 10-minute walk to the free public CL bus route and about a 14-minute drive to both Duke and UNC. It’s also less than 2 miles from I-40 (Exit 270), offering easy access to surrounding areas. Free driveway parking is available. The rooms are unfurnished. The kitchen, laundry, porch, and backyard on the first floor are shared with the homeowner and one other tenant, both of whom reside on the second floor.

The homeowner (a woman in her 50s) and a female Ph.D. student live in the house. An 18 lb. hypoallergenic dog also lives on the property.
