My house is a 3br 2 1/2 bath bricked home and is located under 2 miles from I-24 and 10 min away from downtown Murfreesboro. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the subdivision roads are wide making it safe to walk or exercise as many people do here.

The available room is 11ft × 13ft, not including the closet space, and is not furnished. The rest of the house is furnished with a 60in smart TV and leather reclining sofas in the living room. I have several streaming services included, washer and dryer, and a big yard with firepit out back. You will have your own bathroom, right outside of your bedroom. The $900/month rent includes all utilities, wifi, and streaming services.

I am a 46yo male and I mainly keep to myself and am quiet, and always respectful. I have lived here for a little over 10 yrs. For the past 5 years, after my divorce, I have had a few roommates, all of which has stayed atleast 12 months. My current roommate has been great but she is having to move out after 2 years living here to take care of her elderly parents. I am looking for a roomate that is responsible, respectful, and wants a stress free, clean home to live in. Im either working, spending time with my daughters, or out in my garage/man cave, lol. I usually dont see a roommate unless we cross paths in the living room or kitchen. I keep a well clean house and am looking for a responsible and respectful roommate that will do the same. I dont do drugs or have parties, and Im not looking for a roommate who does. I will gladly meet with you and show you the house if you are interested. Thanks!
