Jake's room

3br 2 1/2 bath house located just 10 min away from downtown Murfreesboro. Great safe neighborhood. Room is not furnished but I have furniture if you need it. The rest of the house is furnished and you will have access to all the common areas. You will have your own bathroom located right outside your br but it will be a shared bathroom when my daughter comes every other weekend, basically 6 days out of a month plus holidays. I have a 60in smart TV and reclining leather sofas in the living room with several streaming services included and a big yard for kids to play.

I am a 43yo male and have a 15yo daughter that comes to visit every other weekend and holidays. The bathroom would be shared only when she is here but other than that, you would have it to yourself. I am very laid back and easy going friendly person. Im very respectful and want the same in a roommate. Im either working, spending time with my daughter, or out in my garage/man cave lol. I keep a well clean house, I dont have any inside animals, and am looking for a responsible and respectful roommate. I dont do drugs or have parties. I pretty much just keep to myself.
