Spacious back yard with grassy area and patio for outdoor entertaining. Access to basement storage and washer and dryer. Light and airy bedroom with room for a queen bed and desk. Tons of natural light great for plants! I’ve made some updates to some of the common areas and plan to update the pictures soon!

We are three very laid back, clean, and welcoming roommates. We all keep pretty different morning schedules, so the bathroom is never an issue (lol), but love hanging out in the nights/evenings. We enjoy quiet tv nights, going into Center City for coffee and photos, occasional nights out in Manayunk or Center City, and trying new places around us – we would love for you to join us if you’re interested! Rififi, a small and playful 4 year-old bichon-shih tzu mix, would love a friend.
