Cozy, comfortable, unfurnished bedroom is available in our house in Baldwin Park, right off Pacific for a single person with no pets. We are a family and we live in a pretty safe and quiet part of Baldwin Park, so we are looking for someone who fits well into that sort of environment. Visitors and overnight guests are not allowed. Smoking, Alcohol, and drug-free environment, to keep it safe and friendly, house rules apply and enforced. Credit check and references needed, minimum 6 month rent contract.

• Laundry is within walking distance, grocery stores, and numerous bus stops.
• 3 minutes walking distance from Metrolink station.
• 5-minute walk to the shopping mall.
• Street parking is available.
• VERY close to the police station (safe neighborhood).
