The room is a located on the opposite end of the apartment with a private bathroom and large patio area. Plenty of privacy and space. Laundry in unit. Perfect for students!
Garage and driveway are both accessible.
The property is located in North Park in between Adams Ave and El Cajon blvd. walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and stores.
Only utilities are electric and wifi. Usually turns out to $75-85 a person.

About the roomies
The roomies are a loving couple in their 30s who are cleanly, attentive, conscious and respectful.
We are both hair stylists full time so we aren’t home very much. We have a fully furnished kitchen and living room that we are more than willing to share with the right fit.
We have two kitties and a 12 yr old Pomeranian named Walter who is extremely quiet.
