Hi! My name is Christian and my girlfriend and I are currently looking for a roommate to occupy the second room in our apartment. I am 24 years old and my girlfriend Odalys is 23. I work full time and she goes to school and works full time. We do have a 3 year old pitbull mix who is overprotective of us but once you get to know him he’s a sweetheart. We like to keep our apartment very clean and tidy. We live in promience apartments, which is about a 3 minute drive and 10 minute walk to CSUSM. You would have your own full bathroom that is connected to the room. We also have a washer and dryer in unit. You would also have an assigned parking spot if u have a car. Total rent would be $1,400 It would include everything rent, bills & WiFi.
