Hi :), I’m looking for a clean, friendly and working FEMALE roommate. There is a 3-4 month rental agreement. The agreement can be renewed if everyone is in agreement. The room is furnished with a nice walk in closet. There is also an additional half bathroom downstairs. No smoking. The townhouse is in a gated community. At this time, no pets allowed. This townhome is 5-10 mins away from Disney World, Old Town, Fun Spot. Close to stores like Walmart, Publix and many others. 20 mins from Orlando Airport.
