Awesome house with a great front yard, big living room, nice kitchen and bathroom, and a storage shed in the back. Whole place is about 1050sqft. My ex is moving out in July so I don’t yet have pics of her (your) room empty but it’s a good size (biggest of the two bed rooms in the house).

Water, internet, trash/recycling, renters insurance included in rent.

We split gas/electric.

65“ TV in living room already, fire pit in the front yard! I don’t have a lot of furniture, so if you do that won’t be a problem! Your room is slightly larger than mine and has a great closet with a big mirror.

Our neighbors are nice and I really like the neighborhood! There’s a taco stand most nights about 50ft away and it’s pretty awesome.

Hi! My name is Blake Turner and I am a Naval Surface Warfare Officer. As a Naval Officer, I spend 1-2 nights a week on the ship and I’ll be gone every now and again for days/weeks at a time so you’ll have the place to yourself.

I love climbing and I am a clean, considerate roommate. I moved out to San Diego in January and my now ex is moving out in July and my house is a bit big for one person, so I figured I’d see if I could find a roommate to join me here.
