Hey there! My home is located in the beautiful college greens neighborhood near sac state. I have been remodeling most of the home so much of the home has new features.
This is a great location, close to sac state and downtown. The river is close by along with beautiful trails.
The home itself has a good size back yard and off street parking. The home is clean and ready for a new Roomate!
About the roomies
Hey there! William is in his mid thirties and works full time and stays very active as well. He travels for work so is gone periodically through the week. Jacob currently works for cal trans and is attending his final year at sac state. He enjoys trivia nights and video games. We are both pretty quiet and are not into the drinking scene. We are looking for a quiet responsible third Roomate to live with! Would love to get to know you and see if it’ll be a good fit.
