Kim's room

The house is very safe and respectful. The rent includes all utilities so one flat fee, no fluctuations and no chasing anyone for their share of the bills. The house has professional cleaning once a month so the general cleanliness is maintained without friction of who has not done their share of cleaning. General household items like toilet paper, paper towel, dish soaps, etc… are included in the rent as well so again no chasing anyone for their share and no unnecessary resentment.

The house is occupied by professionals and some do work from home so it is a quiet house. We are looking for someone that are quiet and respectful and clean No foul cursing as we’re in meetings throughout the day. Absolutely no drugs, smoking or excessive drinking. We enjoy good conversations and are supportive of each other hopes and dreams. :)

We will need the following:

1. Background check clear of criminal and eviction proceedings.
2. Decent credit score
3. Verifiable income (at least 2.5x of rent)
4. References (past landlords and roommates)

The roommates are professionals of diverse age group and background. We respect each other spaces and timing. We understand that if you don’t want to join us for a TV show, it’s not because you’re antisocial, it just mean that you need space whereever you are at that moment and we respect and support that.
