I own a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house. I currently have one female roommate and am looking for another female roommate for the next 6 months. Each person gets a private bedroom/bathroom. My fiancé will be moving in with me in August 2024 so the lease will likely not go beyond 6 months. Guest room is available for visitors when agreed upon by all parties. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and next to an open space. Must be 21 years or older.

I am clean, responsible, no drama. No drugs of any kind (except pills prescribed by doctor), occasional drinking ok. I have one dog who is quiet, sweet, and friendly but cannot live with other pets due to resource guarding. Looking for someone respectful and calm, who treats home like a peaceful oasis and escape from the stress of everyday life.
