Gigi's room

This townhouse has been fully furnished, it includes the living room and dining room furniture. It also has a deck and backyard. There are four bedrooms in total, I am looking for a female roommate to live in the small bedroom. Our neighborhood is very safe and convenient, it has free tennis courts, swimming pools, and other amenities.

We have a female roommate on the third floor and a female roommate with her well-behaved dog on the first floor. The pup sticks to the first floor and is always quiet. All of us roommates are friendly and make sure to keep things tidy.
