About the room
Hi! My name is Julien and I am looking for another roommate in a 3 bed/ 2.5 bathroom house in a small, quiet, and safe gated community right next to the 99 Freeway on Ashlan. My goal is to provide a comfortable place for you to live and to maybe share a beer with once in a while!
Myself and the other tenant work in the medical field, and we’re looking for a clean and responsible individual to share this wonderful space with us. We’re looking for someone tidy and respectful of others. Looking for longer leases ideally.
The room is private, and there is a shared bathroom with other tenant. Utilities are split equally amongst us all.
There is a backyard grill, a fully stocked kitchen, in-house washer and dryer, and quiet neighbors!
About the roomies
We’re two young, level-headed guys working hard and enjoying our company when we’re at home. We enjoy hanging out, watching movies and sports.
