This house has been completely updated. Your room is furnished with a queen four poster bed. Matching large dresser, night stand and lamp There is a closet as well. Hard wood floors and three large windows with blinds. Ceiling light fan completes the room
New wiring, paint, refinished wood floors throughout except baths. New kitchen cabinets and appliances, granite counters . All new countertop appliances, new pots and pans. You get the idea. There are two bathrooms. Over 2500 square feet of space. Formal dining room, living room, kitchen, breakfast room. Plenty of off street parking and laundry on premises.There is a 55“ tv in the living room. You may add a tv to your room. Housekeeping is provided to the common areas once a month. Electricity is provided up to 250/month. Then split after that. So far, it has never gone over 250. All other utilities are included, including 1gig wifi. The house is located just west of charming downtown Aiken. Loaded with shopping and places to eat and have a cocktail , if desired.

The roomies are currently professionals who live part and full time at this location . This is not a party house. Respectful, mature, clean Roomies. Mature attitude is required of you as a new roomie.
