The rental is in a 3 story townhouse in a million dollar neighborhood off Hillcrest right above 635, which is– if you are not familiar with Dallas– less than 5 mi from the Galleria; less than 10 mi downtown; 8 miles to Love Field airport and 20 mi to DFW airport. You would have a garage for your small vehicle (not large enough for full-size SUV or truck) if you have one, and your room and bath are the only rooms on the first floor. The second floor has the kitchen, living area, study and additional bath. $1,500 including security, all utilities and bills (local TV and streaming services, internet). $500 damage deposit refundable upon move out. 30 day notice request to move out. Lease / contract 30 days minimum. No pets, please. Thanks!
