Joshua's room

Hello! I have a room available in murrieta within a gated community. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a 2 car garage. This house includes all the amenities within the payment. There is a community pool and hot tub as well. High speed internet and will provide a direct connection to the router if you’re a gamer. The room will also include some storage area in the garage with some shelves. I am open to couples moving in the room. The area is safe, secure and less than 3 minutes from the 215 freeway. I have everything from pots and pans, to an air fryer and blender available for your use. I can also provide an additional small fridge if necessary.

Currently it is myself and my girlfriend. I am in the Airforce reserves at the moment and used to be in the marines for 12+ years. It’s a pretty chill vibe, pretty relaxed. I have 2 dogs, one larger one and a small puppy. They’re great for safeguarding the house. I am open to having guests as well as some over nights stays as long as guests are responsible and courteous.
