Hey guys! I own a house in Woodbridge. I have a spacious second floor bedroom for rent for $950 (includes sewer and internet, other utilities separate). The bedroom has three windows and some extra cubby space. You would be sharing the upstairs bathroom with me.

There are three bedrooms total in the house. I live in the other bedroom on the second floor and another roommate lives in the downstairs bedroom. There are three full baths in the house. There is plenty of room for parking, a large shared dining room, living room, and kitchen. The room will come unfurnished, but I have an extra bed with a frame if you need. In the basement there is a smaller kitchen with a fridge and a washer and dryer.

There is a deck and a large backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and residential and the neighbors are great. Please dm me if you are interested! I’m happy to answer any questions you might have.

Move in date early June (TBD - current roommate is moving out).

I work full-time and love to keep a tidy house. I am friendly and I speak several languages I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I don’t mind if you like to have visitors over on occasion.

I have two cats that are very well behaved (no scratching/biting) and a robot vacuum that runs every day. The cats are limited to the first floor and often spend time outside in the backyard.
