Hi there. This one-bedroom apartment I’m looking to share isn’t ideal for long-term living or someone with lots of personal items. You’ll likely want your own space after 3 months. No smokers, couples, or pets.

It’s $200 weekly with a $200 deposit. So $400 to move in. I didn’t have the option to choose a weekly rate when setting up the ad.

If you’re a female looking to move to Florida and need a base from which to look for an apartment it will work. If you’re just trying to get out of a living situation urgently and look for your own place while here, it will work.

This is just a place to sleep, get dressed to go to work, and light cooking if you want while you get on your feet.

It’s safe and you don’t have to worry about sharing with creeps, which was an issue for me back in the day when I’d look for rooms on Craigslist when going through shituations. One guy actually tried to rent me his walk-in closet.

I live a clean decent lifestyle. I’m looking for a similar type of female who doesn’t smoke weed, use drugs etc.

I’m pretty new to FL. I always sleep in the living room on a fold-out sofa I had before moving here, so the bedroom has been used more like storage of unpacked boxes, which I’ve now put away to rent the room, of course.

There’s a brand new mattress in there that still smells like the packaging. I bought it at Walmart spontaneously and never got a bed frame. I’ve lived at this apartment only 1 month. It’s in great condition compared to lots of rundown places I viewed.

My living room is set up like an office because I used to have an Etsy shop, so unless you will find a desk useful there’s no living room per se to hang out in.

I’m always glued to my computer and really won’t talk to you unless you’re trying to talk to me lol. I’m not a natural chatty cat, so even though the space is small you can be in your own little unbothered bubble if that’s your personality.

If it’s not obvious, this space isn’t big/private enough to entertain guests even with the bedroom door closed. We’re both grown. You know what I mean.

A couple things that might be useful to you although they’re not important to me: onsite pool and gym. I live literally right next to the pool, so if you work nights then sleep during the day it’s not going to be a good fit for you.

There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment, which is really a major factor into why I got myself into this high-rent situation. So if you’re like me and hate laundromats getting your clothes dingy with a passion that’s a huge plus 😄.

Davie is a very quiet town and extremely close to every single thing you could want. Walmart 5 minutes. Grocery 5 minutes. Nail and hair salons everywhere. Countless restaurants. Less than 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Nova area.

Looking forward to hearing from you and hopefully this will be the start of a great friendship. Maybe we’ll eventually team up and get a 2-bedroom. Who knows!
