This condo is located in South Salem! It has 2 floors (you’d pretty much be on your own on the 2nd floor), has a really open backyard, and is pretty quiet and tucked away. Also includes laundry & parking! I’m looking to rent out one of the two additional bedrooms to someone, and to use the other room as office / study space for both of us.

It’s pretty quiet and a big place, so we wouldn’t be on each other’s necks too much. I have the downstairs bedroom, and have one of the bedrooms for my office/work space. There’s a massive living room, and a den upstairs, so you will have more than enough space if you’d like to be on your own.

As far as which room you’d get, it can be either the white room, or the green / white room. Green room is bigger, but less natural light. Both have same size closet. The bathroom in the photo is the one that would be yours. The 2nd floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a den area.

Bills (internet / gas / electric) would probably be split around $150 each, too. Looking for someone to ideally move in around July / August, if possible! But, there’s not really a timeline I’m looking to achieve anything by. I’m more focused on making sure we’re a good roommate fit instead of trying to get someone in here quickly.

I’ve lived here for about a year so far! It’s a really lovely place, and there’s a lot of furniture already here. Depending on what you’re looking for, you can pass off all furnishings to me (I have an extra mattress and bed), or we can figure out an interior decorating style that works for us.

I’m Amanda! I’m looking to share the condo with another young student / working person. I work 2 jobs full time, and figure skate on the side, so I’m usually pretty busy and out of the way. I’m a programmer by trade, I really like coffee, and I really love space. I’m also generally pretty conflict avoidant and chill. And fully vaccinated!

I’m on the autism spectrum, so having a roommate who is quiet, clean, and who doesn’t require living with a super social person is a must for me. My sensory issues are specifically surrounding noise / visual clutter, so I really need someone who is not super loud and who can basically use an organizational system, or contain their clutter in their private areas so I won’t have to clean it up.

Mostly - not being murdered and paying the rent on time would be great. Just being able to communicate well and to basically handle your own stuff and keep things clean is a big plus.

Honestly, I just don’t want a messy / party heavy / loud and extroverted roommate who would be trying to hit on me.

I have a small, lovable orange cat who would be living with us named Pumpkin Spice Latte. I currently live here with my dad, and he’s looking to move somewhere else. I would prefer to stay here with a roommate as opposed to trying to find housing elsewhere in this hell market.
