Strawberry Hill Drive

Hi, the property is part of Strawberry Hill Apartments. There are two rooms available one is 14’X11.5’ and the other is 16’X11.5’. Both rooms are located on the 2nd floor and have closets and private bathrooms, but the larger room has a larger bathroom and 2 closets. (We can discuss what each person should be paying for the rooms, but the entire unit is 1474 a month, which includes rent, water, cable, internet, washer/dryer rental, and all the small things.) The first floor features a large dining area, living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and washer/dryer room. There is also a nice patio in the back of the home. Located at the back of the apartment complex, so noise from cars is minimal.

It’s a nice quiet family complex with multiple pools, a gym, and some walking trails.
