Its a 4 bedroom’s & 2 bathroom home . I’m a retired senior and live in it all by myself. I stay in one room, 2nd room is set up as a guest room, because my daughters visit me sometimes. 3 rd room is for rent and 4th room stays vacant ( used as storage space). Near Ontario Mall and 10 freeway. grocery store and restaurants close by. Very quiet, clean and safe area. You will have full access to kitchen (i give you your own refrigerator), living room and dinning room.Washer /dryer available for use as well. Utilities included.
