My house is a split level home. Lower level is two oversized multipurpose rooms. Room that is being rented has large windows with closet and furnished with sitting area and TV. Just recently has been upgrades with wood accent wall. Very quite, safe peaceful neighborhood. I lived in a HOA so you will also have pool access and pavilion.

I’m very friendly and easy-going. All I ask is to be mindful and respectful of the household and your lease. I lived with my three small breed dogs .(Yorkie) I worked from home (hybrid) as a Director of Human Resources a couple of days of the week and some other days in office. Rental history and work history will be verify.
