About the room
Hello, so this is actually a one bed and bath. I am trying to find someone to transfer my lease over to. The lease starts on 07/14/21-07/31/22, DEPOSIT COULD BE WAVED IF QUALIFIED . Some amenities included are stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, air conditioner, walk-in closet, balcony, and ceiling fan. Community amenities include pool, tennis court, picnic area, fitness center, tanning bed, club house, onsite maintenance, and walking and bike tails. Location is less then 5 min drive to University of Oklahoma!
About the roomies
Looking for someone who is willing to take over one year lease. No roommate would be included, this will be a one bed, one bath. Due to personal circumstances I might not be able to start my lease. I am looking for someone who may be interested.
