Menchaca Road

I am moving into a 2 bedroom townhouse at the beginning of July and looking to possibly have a roommate. The townhouse is located near radio coffee in south Austin and I will have the full house furnished. Will have pictures of place soon but just getting interest out there.

I am a 31 year old finance professional who works 2 to 3 days a week in San Antonio. I have two dogs that live with me and I am originally from St. Louis. I have been in Austin since November. I am pretty outgoing and easy to get along with. I keep things clean and in order, and enjoy going out with friends during the week and weekend. I don’t drink or smoke or 420 but it’s fine if you do (smoking outside). Looking for somebody who doesn’t mind 2 doodles and is wanting to find a place on the southside
