Check out my private room for rent in this spacious home in Old Town Orange. Shared bathroom, but always spotless since everyone is very respectful towards each other. The home is furnished with modern appliances and furniture, along with it’s own private backyard entrance as well. Utilities + WiFi included and you must be ok with dogs. Ideally, looking for a single working professional or college student without a dog since we’re already at the limit here. A cat may be considered if they stay inside your room with a pet fee. Our back yard has an outside patio area, gym equipment, and bbqs as well. Kitchen and laundry/dryer privileges included, and there’s some storage room in our garage if needed. There’s plenty of street parking in our neighborhood too. Also our house is within a few minutes from all the major freeways (5, 22, 55, 57).
