This is a two story 4 bed town home 2.5 bathroom , medium back yard dishwasher available in home, washer and dryer in home, house is furnished if you request a room you would have to furnish and style it to your unique style you have , we do have a queen bed in one room if you need a starter bed always clean no dirt or spots in bed as it was used for air Bnb guest , 100% access to your room ,kitchen, family room, backyard bathroom at all hours of the day just be respectful and clean behind yourself. We do not care if you have company sometimes aslong as we are notified as we would like to know who’s in the house we are quiet, sometimes make noise or have bbqs with friends or family over, lgbt welcomed , 420 welcomed

Hello, names virtue me and my partner just moved from Cali 2 1/2 years ago are looking to rent. We have short term to long term leases available such as weekly stays monthly stays and 6 months to a year stay we have 850 for one and 700 for the other one your rent pays for your room , gas ,water ,electricity, and Wi-Fi the third and fourth room is occupied we are all employed works days sometimes nights we love meeting new people we are 420 friendly ,animal friendly, lgbt friendly we are quiet some seldom occasions play music or bbq or have game night. Very respectful and helpful and are willing to work with you on your expenses we have a dog she is a very loving 🥰 Medium size dog that is very well behaved we are a lgbt couple with extra room in our house looking for great roomies!
