I am looking for a second female roomate for my 3/2. Furniture room with shared bathroom. 1 year commitment. All utilitities and internet included. 1st and $900 security deposit. (A total of $1800 to move in) Shared bathroom.

Proof of income and no criminal background. Must pass a background check. ($100 paid to association and not refundable) this application takes ~2weeks.

Full use of the kitchen and you must clean after use.

No smoking or drug use

Roomates are expected to contribute for the cleaning supplies, dish soap, etc for the shared areas.

One parking spot for the room. Beautiful and quite community. Located walking distance from Memorial hospital.

I have a 12lbs friendly and house trained male yorkie.

A small, friendly, trained dog under 15lbs allowed with a $500 non-refundable fee.

Owner renting sparerooms.
