Michael's room

I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house and currently live in the master bedroom. I am the only occupant as my cousin is moving out. I am looking for a house mate to take one of the guest rooms. You will have access to the WHOLE property (except my room). Kitchen living room backyard front yard other bedrooms, you have access to them. If you need a room for storage, take it.

I am a laid back home owner that takes pride in my home. All I ask is for respect and cleanliness. I clean the house regularly and do the gardening/repairs myself. I work a lot and typically have guests over once a week at the most. The house is yours, as long as you are respectful and clean. The same goes for any of your guests: the house is theirs as long as they are respectful.

I am usually asleep by midnight. I cook a lot, work a lot, and enjoy youtube/video games.

$1,000 includes all utilities except for internet.
