Megan's room

We are actively looking for TWO new roommates in a 5 bedroom 3 bath house, fully furnished. Monthly rent is $500.00. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood between the DMV and Stan State. All utility bills are divided evenly, split 5 ways. These include bi-weekly gardeners, and cleaning staff. Monthly utilities would be the usual; PG&E, city, internet etc. Utility bills usually add up to +/- $250.00 a month. We also require a $400.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

This is an all girls house! Currently, we are all between the ages of 25-28 years old. We work full time jobs. Everyone is super chill, and typically in and out with our own schedules. We are all very clean and responsible, looking for a couple more to join us!
