Our location is in Courthouse/Rosslyn, Virginia steps away from metro. There are three levels and plenty of parking.

About You:

You should be reasonably clean and relatively drama-free, you need to be able to pay rent on time. If your parents are paying bills for you, they need to be on-time. Students, interns, professionals, fellows, corporate, military (army, navy, air force, marines, coast guard, am I forgetting anyone?) are welcome. The community is pet-friendly and the apartment is smoke-free.

What You Get:

You get a sizable bedroom and shared bathroom with shower/tub, closets, linen closet, and cabinet space.

You have full access to the additional spaces offered by the kitchen, private patio, front yard, rooftop, laundry/pantry, living room, and other shared closet storage areas. Your bathroom has a shower/tub, tile floor, and sink. The living room is furnished, and has some room available if you’d like to bring some of your own stuff to add. Beautiful kitchen and a laundry room, washer and dryer are in the unit!

Interested?

You need to express interest ASAP. If the fit is good, you need to be ready to commit firmly within a reasonable period of time. A one-year lease commitment is preferred.
