1 room open in a 3 bedroom house in quiet neighborhood off Firetower. Fenced in backyard, washer and dryer available, everything included (utilities, trash, wifi etc) Security deposit is nonrefundable and will hold the room on a first come first serve basis. I do have a few items that you can use if you like like a dresser, nightstand, mattress for an extra if you want it.

I am 31 years old. I work two full time jobs with one being a third shift position. My3rd shift job is a 7 days on 7 days off work schedule. I’m rarely home and when I am; I am in the room, sleep or just minding my business. 4/20 friendly. I do not like drama. I will have you sign a contract. Any questions please feel free to ask.
