Room for rent in a quiet neighborhood, with only me and my dog for now living in the house. The location is 5 minutes away from Sacramento City College and 15 minutes to Sacramento State and Downtown Sacramento. Freeway access to both I-5 and the 99 are very close.

The house is wired with 1 gb fiber from ATT using commercial business network equipment which is included in rent. Security camera outside the household for 24 hour delivery/security recordings. Gas, electric and water utility costs will be split between the both of us. First month rent, last month rent, and security deposit will be required. Looking for another professional who is fun and down to earth, but can also respect quiet work weekdays Monday through thurs. you would be the only one using your own private bathroom unless there is an event or guests over.

I’m also willing to drop the price 50$ if you are good with dogs and can help me take care of my pet(see description below)while I’m working or out of the house for whatever reason.

I am a 32 year old male who is employed by the State and works from home 3-4 days a week. I have an American bull-dog, who lives in the house. He can be reactive with other animals, but is good with people. House cleaning is provided and all of the kitchen will be available, i only ask that you make an effort to clean up after yourself. I enjoy gaming, anime, watching streams, listening to music, playing/walking with my doggo, snowboarding, and hanging out at my house with fam, friends, or mainly by myself
