Three bedroom unit in fourplex with a nice shared front patio and friendly neighbors. The apartment is in a wonderful area, two blocks from Abbot Kinney and four blocks from Rose. There’s also lots of street parking.
The room available is the second largest in the unit with three closets (two sliding mirror closets & one walk-in closet. The room also includes a parking spot in the back of the apt.
About us: We’re three professionals (23-29yrs old). My boyfriend and I share the master, and live with two good friends, one of which is moving out in December. We’re all very clean and tidy individuals and are looking for someone who is on the same page. We’d like to keep our home a place where we can work and relax - two of us work from home.
