Hi! My roommate Bri and I are looking for a third person to live with us in very cute duplex located in Lawrence. The duplex is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house with a garage, fenced in backyard, washer/dryer, and all kitchen utilities needed. The house is fully furnished besides your bedroom. The bedroom that is open is located on the ground floor directly next to the half bath. The full bathroom and the two other bedrooms along with the washer and dryer being upstairs. All bills are included in the rent cost as well as fast wifi. There are currently two cats living with us that are very friendly and we are open to a third however dogs are currently not approved:( Move in date would be as soon as possible and we are flexible for whatever will work best for you. The duplex is located in a very cute neighborhood with a mixture of families, college students and older individuals around. My name is Kaitlyn! I just finished my Junior year of college at KU majoring in psychology. Bri, my roommate, is currently attending JCCC and will be transferring to KU soon to major in English. We both work full time but like to spend time together in the evenings. We’d love to find someone we can be good friends with but if you enjoy being by yourself that’s okay too:) We enjoy doing things like meeting up with new friends for drinks, finding fun and local places to eat around Lawrence and watching movies.
