This is a master bedroom with private bath. The property is well-maintained and in a quiet and clean environment. The neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. Parking is available on the property by permit only. The tenant will have full use of the kitchen, space in the refrigerator and cabinet space for storage. My expectations are that the room, bathroom and kitchen are kept in a clean and orderly condition at all times.

There are two people living on the same level; I.e., one male and one female who are quiet, friendly and work varied hours.
