We’re looking for 2 roommates to rent rooms in our home. This is a co-housing / co-living / rooming house / dorm-style home / single-room occupancy SRO.

It’s a large single-family house. There are 4 (single occupancy) rooms and 3 bathrooms. We have a community kitchen, dining room, and washer/dryer. The property was remodeled in 2020. There are ceiling fans, recessed lighting, central HVAC, quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.

The 1717 sq ft house is located in La Mision Village (at Tropicana Drive), Oceanside, and will be available for move-in 1/06/2021. This is not a party house. We’re interested in organized, clean and responsible roommates. No smoking, no drugs and no pets allowed.

Rent is $1150/month, which already includes all utilities. There is excellent wifi coverage and every room has ethernet ports for highspeed, wired internet. I’ve included the staged pictures of the house and rooms, however, your room will NOT be FURNISHED upon move-in. There is a two car garage and plenty (seriously) off street parking in the neighborhood.

Overnight guests are limited to 4 times a month (so that freeloading significant others won’t become a burden on other roommates or our utility bill) and rooms are single occupancy.

You’ll have convenient access to the 5 and the 76. It’s a 10 min car ride to the Ocean. The bus 303 stops near the house and brings you directly to the beach.

It’s a short distance to the beach, downtown Oceanside, Goat Hill Park, Walmart, Starbucks, InnOut, Target, Costco etc.

Bedroom 1 is occupied by Elisa, an early 30’s female in advertising/marketing. Bedroom 2 is occupied by Brian, a late 20’s male in nursing. Bedroom 3 and 4 (one share a bathroom and the other has a private bath) …………… CAN BE YOURS!
