Really nice 2 bed 2 bath dual master condo in Marina District- Downtown, San Diego and am looking for a roommate to join me in making this place feel like our home.    About me: I am a female in my mid-twenties, easy-going, clean and respectful of others.  I am in graduate school getting my doctorate in Traditional East Asian Medicine (Holistic Medicine) and am either in class, in clinic, or working at a Holistic Wellness Center every day from 8-6 and like to keep busy and active in my free time. I enjoy traveling, hiking, outdoor activities, going out, trying new things, seeing new places, and LOVE great food, happy hour, and wine nights at home! I’m looking to replicate the roommate situation I’m leaving behind and want to find a young woman to not only become long term roomie of mine….but also a friend to have spontaneous Sunday beach days, brunches and fun nights with :)   About the location: Seriously PRIME LOCATION: its on State Street between market and G.  So, I am 2.5 blocks from the Marina, 6-7 blocks from Little Italy, and 3-4 blocks from Gaslamp. Even though I am so close to downtown, it is SO quiet at night and during the day. It is a serious hidden gem. Everything you could ever need is within walking distance: lots of gyms, pilates/yoga studios, boutique shops, nail salons, endless restaurants (Little Italy, South street Seaport, Gaslamp, and East Village and more bars and coffee shops than you can count! Horton plaza, Jimbos and Ralphs are all a 4-5 minute walk from my place. I walk everywhere and love it.

About the place: This is a desirable dual master design with high ceilings and modern lighting. The natural light shines through in all areas of the house, I love it. There are new, beautifully refined hardwood floors, freshly painted interior, new carpets, and recessed lighting. The kitchen has been outfitted with gorgeous granite counters, & high-end appliances with panels to match the custom cabinetry. The private balcony offers tree-top views & a serene place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. There is a washer and dryer in unit and 2 parking spots included in rent in a gated, underground garage. There is a spa, courtyard, BBQ areas, and a fitness center in the building.
  Your room: Your room is to the right when you walk in. Its 13 x 15 and has a nice sized private bathroom with lots of storage. There is lots of closet space (a newly designed organization closet), lots of natural light, good airflow, and is in a quiet location. It doesn’t come furnished so adding your own touch will be encouraged! The owner just added beautiful shutter windows in the room as well.
