Bamboo Drive

We have a single bedroom for rent at $750/mo + $350 security deposit. Additional charges will apply for multiple tenants. We are looking for someone to rent for a minimum of 6 months. The room is on the 2nd floor, above the garage (see floor plan attached–bedroom 3). Option avail for room to be furnished with a full size bed and dresser, or unfurnished. The bathroom will be shared with 1 other roommate. You will be given full access to the washer/dryer unit, family room, and kitchen. Includes wifi access. All utilities are included within reason. All prospective roommates will be subject to a background and credit check.

This is a brand new home in a relatively new and quiet suburb neighborhood. We’re about a 5-minute drive from the Brentwood Park and Ride, which is great for public transport commuters. Close to downtown Brentwood with a grocery store just down the street. Lots of parks in our neighborhood as well.

We’re a young, geeky married couple in our early 30s, no kids at this time but we do have cats and dogs. So if pet hair is a problem for you, we may not be the best fit. In our spare time, we enjoy catching up on some of our fav shows like The Walking Dead, The Flash, and Arrow. We occasionally throw movie and game nights as well. We are currently sharing the home with 2 other roommates.
