About the room
This place is located in old town Moorpark next to a bunch of restaurants, shopping center, a library. It has a hiking trail 5 mins up the street and 5 mins away from the freeway. It is close distance to everything. Nice neighbors.

About the roomies
The house has 4 bedrooms. Right now there is 1 girl & 1 guy. The other two Roma’s are being vacated. I plan to move sometime end of June so I need someone somewhat flexible with the move in date if possible. Animals are okay if other roomates allow it. We have 1 cat.
We are looking for someone younger to mesh with the rest of the people. students are welcome, no kids, there is just no room. Absolutely no smokers.
