Beautiful furnished and remodeled private bedroom (10x12) in a quiet neighborhood + Private driveway for your car & plenty of parking available in front of the house + Backyard with BBQ and fireplace + Laundry in the garage + Netflix / Hulu / Disney+ / HBO Max + remodeled full kitchen with everything that you may need to cook. Access to the entire house, including the treadmill, yoga mats, gym weights and gym room (not pictured here).

I have been renting the rooms for 3 years and have experience with tenants. I won’t be on top of you at all since I honestly don’t have time for it. You are free to do whatever you would like around the house - Let’s think of it as a fun girls sorority to be! Sometimes we are all together having fun in the living room and watching the latest crime shows on Netflix and sometimes, for those very much needed quiet-times, we have our own rooms to seclude. Not loud and very respectful household.

PLEASE NOTE: This price is for single occupancy only. If you have kids, consistently guests coming over or work from home, please expect to pay a little more to help with electricity bill. Amount to be discussed and agreed between us both :)

Location: Louise Ave x Union Rd Surrounded with commercial necessities

House in front of a park with basketball court, playground, and a lot of grass for morning or evenings jogs. The brand new remodeled bathroom will be shared just between you and another girl who is here only 3 days a week (T, W, Th) if it. Sometimes she is not even here for weeks in a row.

420 friendly OK; Small parties OK; Must like pets – I have 2 small dogs. You will need to sign a rental agreement, provide pay stub, work history, voided check and background check.

NO DRAMA whatsoever allowed. We are all adults and able to put our feelings in words! Very low-key household. Sometimes we all may watch a movie together in the living room, sometimes at the movie theater or sometimes we are not feeling like hanging out and just want to go to our rooms to rest and be alone for a little bit. And that’s completely fine!

Housemate #1: 31yo, vaccinated, work from home, down to Earth, very clean, couch potato and dog lover. Fiance comes over every 2-weeks or so to visit for the weekend.

Housemate #2: 46yo, awesome energy and spirit and stay over 3 nights a week the most.
