It’s right downtown next to the light rail, moments away from Whole Foods and King Soopers, along with hotspot restaurants and shops. LoHi, RiNo, and Ballpark neighborhoods. Good array of amenities, like yoga, concierge services, resident lounge and gaming area, cyber and coffee lounge, pool, and covered parking. Inside the apartment there are 9+foot ceilings, oversized windows, walk-in closets, plank flooring, full-size washer and dryers in-unit, dishwasher, disposal, and a balcony. Photo’s are from the building’s website b/c I just moved and I haven’t finished unpacking yet, so furniture is different, but the staged photo’s were taken in my actual apartment so everything else is the same.

I have a cat! He’s really friendly and likes people and other cats, he’s a little skittish around dogs at first but if they’re friendly he warms right up to them. I am a 23 year old lesbian, I just moved to Denver and started a job in sales. I’d like a roommate that I can become friends with. I like cooking, grilling, and making cocktails. I like keeping shared spaces clean but I don’t care what your personal space looks like.
