Hello, I am looking for a male roommate starting in February. It would be a two bedroom, roughly $1400 per person. We would both have our own room and bathroom. Even though I am a female, I have lived with guys and prefer to live with them. I am looking for someone to not only be roommates with but I hope we can form a nice friendship out of it as well. It’s always nice to have a roommate you can talk and hang out with. I am not looking for someone who just wants to have a place and is anti social etc. I am very friendly and social. I have a good balance between alone time and hang out time. I am clean and pick up after myself. I am very independent, responsible, and laid back and am just looking for someone who is the same way.
