I’m renting a room in a house with three rooms and two bathrooms. We are two guys living in the house. The bathroom is shared with one roommate. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is street parking available. Kroger is around the block and coffee shops and restaurants are close by. UTD is 10 mins drive. Washer and dryer are available. Cooking is available. The closest intersection is Grove and Centennial.

I’m a personal trainer who works from home in my garage gym. Most of the time I’m working or working out. I have a little dog mix of Chihuahua and Schnauzer who stays in my room most of the time. We keep common areas clean and organized. I’m friendly, but I respect privacy. My roommate works from home sometimes. We are respectful and minding our own business.
