All you would have to bring are your clothes, computer and your books! -With a well-appointed kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, appliances, dishware and utensils) -TV with Chromecast (stream from your phone) -Queen Bed with bedding, linens and towels -Light, bright interior has garden views with the option of indoor or outdoor dining with a landscaped yard, outdoor decks and patio furniture -Located 3-4 blocks from the beach and the oceanside Recreation Trail (which is great for walking, biking and jogging) -Walking distance, 5 minutes, to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row and 10-15 minutes to downtown Pacific Grove and New Monterey for shopping and restaurants -You could walk to school along the beautiful ocean path or take the bus (just a 10-12 minute ride) to school -Will consider pets (cat or small dog under 40 lbs)

Studio is a private accessory dwelling unit with it’s own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. There are shared laundry privileges in the main house.
