This is a unique space. It’s an upper level duplex unit at our house. Fully furnished with your own kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, living room with big tv, and a second bedroom if you want a guest. We rented it as an airbnb for the past year, but looking for someone more long term. All utilities and internet included!
